At first, I was bit upset with portea team as I did not get timely confirmation for my appointments. Also I did not get good response initially when I raised my concern. Within few minutes of raising the concern and expressing my dissatisfaction, your customer representative Mr. Ahmed called me and ensured that the concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. He even followed up the next day to ensure that I did not face any inconvenience. Kudos to him for getting things under control.

Greetings to the Portea family,

Our hearfelt gratitude for your continued support for Papa ( Mr. Jitendra Modi). Papa left us for his heavenly abode on 2nd June. We have used your services for almost 8 years and have been more than satisfied with the same. Of course there have been problems; however all of you have stepped in and ironed out those issues, which was extremely reassuring for us since we are abroad.

We would specially like to mention and thank Janeesh. We completely understand that his job is not easy; however being available for Mummy, knowing that she is alone, he has always been a strong support for her.

Finally, Thank you to every Care taker of Portea who have supported us and taken care of Papa in these last 8 years.

Next, Ms. Hema Latha for her support in coordinating and appointing Sabari in a very short notice. I understand that, it must be challenging to get such staff due to given circumstances of Covid time.

This is to express deepest thanks for all your support over these last two months for my father Mr. A R Mahendra, who passed away on 19th April.
I would like to add my appreciation to Suyash for always being available, whatever the time of day. Also, for his commitment and involvement where he made every effort to meet our requirements. This was evident in the first BIPAP machine we took from you even when my father was in hospital in February, as also with the second machine you provided even during the lockdown.

Additionally, we are grateful for the immediacy with which he provided us with an attendant when needed.

While we first had Mr Nutan for one week , and later on Bidhan Roy, we are extremely happy with both their services as well. I would like to extend this to the personnel of Portea who visited us each month, who exhibited patience and efficiency.
An overall very efficiently coordinated and satisfactory experience.
Suyash has played a significant part in keeping my father comfortable these last two months, and we are indeed grateful to him.

Laxmi, a nursing attendant has been serving the patient for the past one and half years with utmost dedication. She had a very good chemistry with the patient. She is able to manage the patient whose walk and talk were impaired on account clipping surgery to the brain. During her shift I and my family members get more relief and confidence. We highly appreciate her services and I thank Portea for deputing such a dedicated nurse.

I availed Nursing Attendant service for my mother and must say that the services provided by the person who visited my home were excellent. The nursing attendants who visited our house for last one month were very proactive and kind. The manager Mr. Joji was very communicative
