Kashif, is a highly accomplished leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. 

Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Institutional Business at Portea, he leads strategic alliances with Pharmaceutical Companies, Corporates, TPAs, and Government entities. His leadership has been instrumental in Portea’s expansion and success.

Prior to his current role, Kashif held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (CRM Head) and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (Sales Head). His deep understanding of sales, marketing, and CRM has enabled him to consistently deliver results.  He’s demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive growth and build a team of 600+ to strive for the success of company vision.

Kashif’s strong academic foundation includes a B.Pharm and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Manipal University,   This combination of practical experience and academic excellence positions him as a key figure in the healthcare industry.
