Aswin Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 7, 2015. He currently handles the finance, secretarial and legal functions of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of commerce from the University of Madras. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In the past, he has been associated with Tulip Data Center Services Private Limited as Chief Financial Officer- Data Center, Indus Towers Limited as Deputy General Manager, NxtGen Datacenter & Cloud Technologies Private Limited as Senior Vice President- Finance and ITC Limited.
