Professional Bio

Darshith brings over two decades of HR leadership and now also leads Business Operations at Portea. An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, he specialises in aligning people strategy with business execution.

He has led initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, and transition management. His past roles include Regional Head at Aditya Birla Retail and leadership positions at Jubilant Retail, Puma India, and Tesco HSC.
